CANCELLATION POLICY

By making a reservation with Pines Fell, you accept and agree to our cancellation and no-show policy, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by us. The general cancellation and no-show policy is made available on our website on the cancellation policy pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. Please note that a reservation which requires down payment or (wholly or partly) prepayment may be cancelled (without a prior notice of default or warning) insofar the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant payment date in accordance with our relevant payment policy of the accommodation and the reservation. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount.

If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to your travel agent and follow the instructions provided to you in his confirmatory voucher. Please note that reviewing, adjusting or canceling reservation made by you through a travel agent has no bearing to the Pines Fell cancellation policy. In that case, you are liable to be charged in accordance our cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy or not be entitled to any repayment of any (pre)paid amount. When you book with us (directly or through a travel agent) or view our website or access us through any other instrument, our policy pertaining to the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy is deemed to have been read and accepted.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation must be reviewed and adjusted 14 days prior to the planned date of arrival and cancelled 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival. Full stay will be levied for cancellations received beyond this period.

Any reduction in the number of reserved nights after the arrival date will incur full charge.

NOTE: Pines Fell reserves the right to amend its cancellation policy from time to time. The guests are advised to read the amended policy thereupon.
